[Resolved] Keralaflowersgifts.com — Items not delivered

I ordered 7 items from https://www.keralaflowersgifts.com/ and only 3 items were delivered. Its been 9 days and still no delivery. I tried to contact the numbers mentioned on the website.
The one mentioned on the top of the website ( [protected])was switched off all the time and the number in the contact section ([protected]) worked once. The number mentioned in the receipt is kolkata number ( +[protected]) which is not vaid. Filed a complaint in their website and no reply. No refund, no delivery, no communication.

So far no communication whatsoever from the company keralaflowersgifts.com. they have delivered the items after I made a complaint here. One of the item was damaged. What I saw on their website and how I got are completely different. Suppose to look like a gift but it didn't. Disappointed. Never again.
