I have ordered gift cards and greeting card worth RS/6389 for a Wedding. The order was placed on 3rd May expecting as informed on their website that items will be delivered next day or within 3 days anywhere in Kerala. These are still to be delivered and showing shipped while checking on their site but no progress made for the last many days. I have uploaded online complaints/tickets on their site and got no response. The support number on their site never answers and it always says switched off while called in. Looks like this is a site managed from somewhere in Calcutta with a local Kerala/Kochi address on the website. This is the way they are attracting customers from Kerala.
