KFC India — ill treatment of customer | |||
Just now I am back home after experiencing a bad treatment as a customer of so called big brand KFC ! Went to place an order. Out of 3 counters, only one was on service. Since it was taking irritatingly long time to take a final booking from a family customer who was in my front, I moved to next counter & took the attender's notice on the same.By gesture, he requested me to wait for a minute there itself ( the counter he was attending had a board displaying to go to next counter ). To add to my surprise, after that booking, that guy started taking booking from the one who came after me, with complete ignorance of myself who waited at the next counter. When asked for complaint box to officially register my complaint what I was given was loose rough papers, which they may be using for their no:2 requirements later. Is this the way this brand operates everywhere? In fact, it is my first such experience at this branch itself. I am sure that no maoist required, but any common person will like to smash the glasses there for such a customer treatment! Was this information helpful? | |||
