[Resolved] KFC India — Irresponsible delivery services and ignorant behaviour

On 2nd Oct 2015, I had placed online delivery at KFC- W- 2/14, upper ground floor, West patel nagar, delhi. Phone # is[protected].
Time of placing order is 12:13 and i reconfirmed my order by calling them at 12:20. Order refernce number is[protected].
I had made order of 618 Rs. and was supposed to receive by 12:45. At 1PM they call me to come near shadipur p.s. and when i reached there they tell me that the order couldnt be placed there too and asked me to come at kfc for picking up the order, i cancelled the order then and there(while placing the order the order area placed by me was already on their site). I have invited cousins at my house and an hour later they inform me that the order cannot be placed thereby spoiling the whole party. When i called them back, the response was very ignorant and they were not ready to acknowledge their mistake (informing an hour later that the mentioned order cannot be delivered). i know they that these entities have to follow certain regulations to conduct their business efficiently but harassing the customers is not a part of it, i think.
