KFC India — Kfc has the worst customer service.

The full incident what happened in kfc with me on 2oth sep and 22st sep 2014.
Sorry about the caps (I am not shouting i am really pissed)
The worst service i ever had with kfc was on 22nd sep 2014 at 6pm by the assitant manager mr.Bhushan of the hiranandani garden powai store, he insulted me by calling me in the store for the complimentary meal which he promised me on the call by saying you just come to the store and i will give whatever you will like in the store and later he denied to give me anything at all.
Mr.Bhushan was giving me this complimentary meal because of the complaint i filed on kfc’s bad customer service on 20th sep 2014 as follows.
On 20th sep 2014 at 9.30pm i went to kfc to buy a chicken snacker with my friend nigel titus, i was totally mistreated by the assistant manager abhijeet he was handling the order at the cash register and while i was waiting in the que for 15 min for my order he ignored me and asked another customer (Woman) from behind me for her order i did not say anything to mr. Abhijeet that time as i thought about “ladies first” i later went to give my order after that and then mr. Abhijeet did not even greet me or smiled or even did not ask for my order i had to tell him my order and after the payment of the order i asked why is their so much big que he said its peak hour and i said i think your service is slow and he just smiled and later he said to wait for your order as it was not even ready he didn’t even hand over my order on time i had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes long to get my order in my hand that also i had to ask some other cash counter guy after handing my bill to him and he then gave my takeaway which was nice cold so the kfc service is very slow indeed and customers order were not taken properly.
So i went back home and to complaint about the same online.
Only i had the courage to complaint about this pathetic kfc service.
So on 21nd sep 2014 he called me to visit kfc anytime and i went to kfc to meet mr.Bhushan who claimed to be manager of the store but later the real manager mr. Sagar confirmed me on the call on 23rd sep 2014 and when i met mr.Bhushan on 22nd sep 2014 he asked me what would you like to have i told him every customer wishlist to try everything in the menu of kfc, he then straightway denied we cannot give you this.
I said i would really appreciate it if you could try to do this. But he insisted that i take the meal and 30% discount coupons 3 each and he said as his job will be in jeopardy if he gives me anything extra this is how cheap he and kfc is.
And later i told him can i have a single bucket and he said no he cant give because kfc doesnt give him right to do so, it is above their budget.
I said is there someone who has the power to make this possible and he said he will ask the area manager and then he acted to call the area manager and said the area manager also denied it.
(Mr. Bhushan) if you did not want to give me what i would like then why the hell you called me and said i can have whatever i want on the phone call and wasted my time.
I was thinking kfc (Yums) has around 18, 875 stores across the world and so cheap they think o[censored]s customers.
I was starving that time and then i said ok i will take 1 chicken rock box meal and 1 chicken pop and 1 virgin mojito and also the coupons of 30% discount coupons 3 each as mr.Bhushan had promised it earlier.
He got very angry and started abusing me and saying i have never seen a guy like you in my 9 years of career in kfc.
He said i will not give you anything now you do whatever you like complain wherever you like and do facebook and twitter marketing also of their brand kfc and don’t come to kfc again.
This was very humiliating for me as there was other customers present in the kfc that time.
As i reside in the high society in hiranandani garden powai kfc is nearer to my home, i can see everyday the kfc powai store from my room window of my flat i reside.
I have never seen a fool (Chu) like mr. Bhushan who will jeopardise his job but also jeopardise the kfc brand, as assistant manager he failed kfc brand and the brand image i had about kfc which was started in usa by (Harland sanders)
Kfc is dead to me and i will never visit any outlet in india of kfc.
This guy bhushan thinks he is the ceo of kfc and taking decision based on kfc’s ceo
Mr.Micky pant (Ceo) of kfc which is part of yums brand company would like to know about his successor (Mr.Bhushan).
Really kfc is the worst brand i have ever come across in india till now and worst customer service.
Today i know this is the same way they treat those poor chickens.
Kfc you can go to hell and my middle finger salutes you, mr.Bhushan and also mr.Abhijeet.
