On 16th Feb, at 9.55 PM, I ordered food from KFC Kothrud area for home delivery through phone ([protected]). KFC representative confirmed that my ordered in confirmed and will be delivered to my home in another 30-35 min. Food was supposed to deliver to my home (in Kothrud Area itself). I waited for my food till 11:00 PM and called to KFC @[protected] to get the status. They said that due to technical issue my ordered was not placed and its 11:00 PM and we can not deliver my order.
Is this the service you guys provide?
If I assume that they were correct and due to technical issue my order was not placed, why didn't they called or confirmed be back. At 11:000 PM what i suppose to do for my food.
This is very poor, negligent and irresponsible service provided by KFC, a giant food chain.
You guys loose a customer for your service and definitely I would not like to order food from KFC. Was this information helpful? |
