KFC India — Order No. 1654 on 3rd apr 2015 | |||
This is to bring to your kind attention that I ordered 8 pc Fiery Bucket at 2120IST and paid online where the order delivery time was shown as 2150IST. I even received a text after 15 minutes of ordering that my order is out for delivery. But to my and my guest's surprise the order didn't arrive even until 2205IST and he left as he had a night shift in office. Finally the order arrived at 2215IST i.e. 25 minutes over delivery time and the delivery boy simply said, " Sorry sir, the fiery grill machine wasn't working. Someone must have informed you." I wanted to blast him off at that moment but did not do so as he was just a delivery boy. But what is wrong with KFC? Its an international brand that I have enjoyed for years globally and such unprofessional conduct is not at all acceptable. I want strict action against the person responsible both for late delivery and especially not informing me that the machine is not working so delivery will be late. That way, I could have cancelled my order and might have saved my face in front of my friend. Further, I want a complete refund of the order or a voucher for the same order that can be re-used when the machine is working and delivery is on time. Trust you will do the needful.
