KFC India — Paid twice for an order but did not get the refund after 27 days

Last month I went to KFC outlet, Sodepur, Kolkata and I placed an order. While doing the payment I asked for QR code and they gave me one QR code and I paid through Amazon Pay. When I showed them the success message the lady told me that there are some problem with Amazon Pay, pay through another method, your money will be refunded within 24 hours to 22days!! I paid 491/- again to get my order. I visited the after 24hours, they told me it will be refunded within 22 days.. Now It is been almost 27 days, I did not receive my refund. I followed them up several times.. Sometimes they told me they will do gpay within 24 hours, sometimes they asked for the bill, sometimes even did not receive the phone.
