[Resolved] KFC India — refund of order | |||
I have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Google pay to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹638/- ASAP. Yesterday, I have paid an amount of Rs. 483 through paytm then it showed "something wrong please try again"

Hi, this shouldn't have happened. Kindly drop in your contact number, email ID, restaurant details, order ID, order amount, transaction ID, date, mode of payment and payment reference on [email protected], our team will surely help you with the refund.
I had placed an order amounting₹1403 which I had paid through debit card order no K301W16010 and second order ₹1213 paid through Google pay order no K301W16018. But due to location problem I did not receive both the orders.So I called the restaurant and was told that my refund will be processed.But after sometime I got a message that my both orders are received by me.

I have ordered yesterday from KFC app and paid the amount using UPI payment Rs. 769.01 The money got debited but the order was not placed.Kindly refund it soon
I paid an amount of ₹317/- at the store, my amount was debited and transaction was successful, then they told me to pay again as due to server problem they haven't received the money and promised me a refund But it's been 7 days and I haven't got refund. I even visited the store called up them but they are bow saying they don't know when will the refund be initiated. This is really unexpected from KFC.

I have ordered wednesday strips bucket and ultimate savings bucket and paid 1098Rs. But I've received only wednesday strips bucket and free chicken zinger.
Today i paid rs. 769 to kfc ranchi. My payment was successful but receptionist said i have to repay for that order. When i asked why then they told me there is a time limitation at the time of payment through UPI. I paid again and they said I'll get my money back in my account. My question is When will i get my money back??

I had ordered peri peri chicken worth 250 rupees from kfc r city mall mumbai through my kfc app it was a pickup order not a delivery as soon i paid 250 rupees through kfc app it didn't show me anything no order number nor anything that showed my order was cancelled after talking with the store they were confused aswell as they didn't recieved my order aswell and they told me a refund would take 7-10 days, next day i called your customer care executive and he told me a order has been placed in my system but I'm sorry it was not given to you by the restaurant staff, i don't know how you guys are operating. It has been 12 days now and i want my money back asap or I'll have to legal action against this in consumer court.
