KFC India — Store experience at KFC, Adoor, Pathanamthitta

Following are the complaints regarding my store, which I experienced on all my 3 visits:
1. Cleanliness: Store looks very dirty and unorganized. (Photo was taken as a proof)
2. Customer service: The executive at the counter was very rude. Our order was supposed to be delivered in 7 mins and it was delayed by more than 20 mins. The executive did not properly respond and was very evidently rude at his beahvior. (Photo was taken as a proof)
3. Order counters: There are 2 self service and payment counters, wherein you can order, but payment devices were missing (photo was taken as a proof)
4. Order display screen: The order display screen was switched on, but not working (Photo was taken as a proof)

The worst part, there is no smile on the faces of the staff there. There attitude - "eat if you want or you can leave the place".
The reaction of my son (a fan of KFC products) and my wife (fan of the drinks at KFC): we will never go to any KFC store from now on. McDonalds is far far better than KFC.
