[Resolved]  KGN Water Softener — water softener-100 litres

Purchased this softener a few months back. Service has been a real issue as the person-sahil hussain doesn't pick up calls and doesn't respond. I have been charged an advance for 12 services but unfortunately everytime i need to schedule the call after numerous followup. Now since past 2 months he has stopped picking up calls. While technologically every one would be same, it is the service that defines this product. (Sector 45 noida resident)
