KGN Water Softener — Water softener

I am Puneet Agarwal residing at Noida, i have been called by this company KGN water softener (http://www.kgnwatersoftenersystems.in) for the installation of water softener.
they charged me 25000-INR for two set up and assured the 100% free maintenance with 24x7 customer service.
Now in a month i have called them thrice for the repair and this is fourth time i am calling again for the repair.
This time they are not picking up call, indeed switches off the cellphone once they see the number.
I have paid them the full amount and now i am stuck, the number mentioned on the website is switched off even.
I have visited their office and there was no office registered, its completely fake company and i have got nowhere to go or to contact them.
i saw them on twitter and it says the first tweet was on Feb 2016 where as they have claimed there factory is old which is completely false.
i have been fooled clearly with a slap of 25000 INR.
Its completely fake company
The worst part is, there is no water in my home due to breakage of this softener and to get the water, i have to get this softener out of the water system.
Please help to get this solved and get my money back.
