Khelmart.com — damaged badminton racket delivered, refund/replacement refused | |||||
I ordered a yonex voltric 7 dg violet color badminton racquet with khelmart and it was shipped on jan 19, 2019 in khelmart.com. After a week, i received it but the color was green and also the racquet frame was completely bent and damaged. When i reported this, they said the colors are shipped in assorted condition (This itself a stupid reason, never mentioned in the product details), and said they cannot accept that the racquet is in bad shape too, even after seeing the pics of the item that i sent them as soon as i received it. After so many follow up calls and emails (No proper responses), they wanted me to ship the item back to their address (On my own expense), so they can process the return. I shipped it, then they came up saying that the racquet is not in good condition, hence they cannot do replace/refund, i can do whatever about it, but they can't replace/refund, and sent me back the same racquet in further damaged condition. This is a ridiculous customer service and the responses are dumbest and rude. I have never seen a business like this whose tag line says, "india's trusted sports company". India's worst online shopping website, khelmart. I'm totally frustrated and do not have words to describe this worst business of this company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
