Khelmart.com — Not confirming or refunding

I have ordered a thrax carrom board on 11th may 2021 10days passed still the order Is not confirmed and no other updates. Tried to contact them on all numbers provided and no one attending calls and responding to the mails sent. I am completely dissapointed about the India's number one sports retailer. Please help me to get rid of this order and i want the refund. Order no. Is OR_388206.
