Khelmart India — exchange shoes or return unused shoes

i had purchase ss elite rubber studs cricket shoes through online shopping, before the shipping khelmart had assured me to exchange the product if the size not fitted, but after shipping the shoes, they are not even picking my phone calls . PLEASE REDRESS MY PROBLEM
