I have purchased an Air Conditioner from Khosla Electronics, Garia Branch. On the day of the purchase I was told by the salesman Bappa Mondal that the product includes full 5 years warranty with gas charge and 10 years warranty on compressor but on the day of delivery I found out that it only has 1year standard warranty and 5 years on compressor just like other ACs. I reached out to the sales person and asked him about this but he kept on saying that whatever he had told me initially is the correct info. Hence I asked him to drop an email from the official email ID so that I have a written confirmation. He denied to do that post which I visited the shop again and despite of knowing the correct information each and every sales person tried to bluff me. Then finally they accepted that it was wrong information that was provided to me and they assured me that the sales person Mr.Bappa will do the AMC for 5 Years as a token of apology. Next he called me up stating that he will not be able to do that, then I told him that he can just pay for two gas charges and that would be 4500/INR to which he agreed. Then he told me that he will give it to me in two installments and I agreed. He paid me one installment and asked me for few more days for sending the second installment. Today (10/5/2022) when I called him up he simply denied that and his behaviour was so bad that it cannot be explained in words. I am having all the proofs and voice recordings of his false commitments. I am highly dissatisfied with whatever has happened to me in Khosla electronics. Each and every person is a fraud there. Trust me, every hour I am getting different information from all the authorities present over there, including the manager. I need whatever commitment was made by the Khosla employees specially Mr.Bappa Mondal whose has crossed all limits for his horrible behaviour.
