My name is Manoj Kumar Paul, I have purchased a samsung sound bar through bajaj mall app from my bajaj emi card which was delivered by khosla electronics.
I have received the product on 29/4/23 and today 30/4/23 service engineer from samsung came for installation and found the product I have received is faulty there is no power coming in the sound bar.
Samsung engineer also tried to contact dealer but they were very rude not ready to replace the product.
I am in a very pathetic situation, after sales support khosla is very pathetic no one from khosla wants to attend me now also the number which is mentioned in the bajaj app is always switched off and somehow i managed to get one person number who os from khosla head office but he spoke very rudely with me when i tried to report a complaint. I am going to launch complaint regarding the same to consumer forum now.
Hereby I am attaching invoice copy for your reference.
