Dear sir My self mr. Shivaji doke On dated 17/3/2018 booked the above ticket online though paytm towards pune from karanjalad. But at around 5:00pm on same day there was call from khurana travels that bus was cancelled and i have to book other bus for travel and your ticket amount will be refunded in your account within next 7 working days. But still date amount is not refunded. Please kindly refund the amount otherwise i have no option to go in consumer court. Please do the needful. Thanks Shivaji doke Mb:[protected].
