I booked 2 tickets from pune to nagpur.
I was waiting from last 2 hrs & when I m trying to reach the providers for information then they aren't picking the call.
Finally they picked my call & he speak very very rudely to me.
Because they are from Khurana Travels.

Nagpur to parbhani 10.30pm travels is running tume is 5 hrs this travels battery is Fully Empty no reply for the khurana Organization.
I am also says to the another customer for khurana travels please do not traveling to the Khurana Busses.

Boarding time 6:00pm Abbi 7:45 time hua hai gadi ka pata nhi, puchne pe 10 min me ajayegi aisa unswer mil raha hai.
Or ab bol rahe hai break ka kaam chal raha hai... Din bhar kya kiya aapne... It's Second time in a month I'm not happy with service... Such a disappointing

I travel from Nanded to Nagpur yesterday but face some service problem i.e blanket are not provided to me also I m facing water leakage problem on my seat. This is not happening earlery when I travel to you bus.
