The Bus Service of Khurana travel is very poor as the destination reach time was of 6am over the travel yaari website while booking and the travel has reached pune by 12.30 PM its almost 6 hrs delay.
The bus has been stopped at several locations for more than an hour and the service boy has picked up the passengers from almost all the cities.
And the service boy and the bus staff was very rude and arrogant in behavior instead of having females in bus they where continuously using the bad words which is very pathetic they don't have the way to treat the Female passengers as well.

So request you to please take care of staff members and ask them to be polite at-least with the passengers because we are paying for too much for better service.
