Khushi Fabrics — wrong product delivered to me

I am archana pawar. I bought a saree from khushi fabrics, surat. But they send me a cheap quality suit. There is no number or email id on their website. One mobile number is there, but no one is picking up the phone. I tried to call soo many times. I got a mail id from internet, i sent so many mails on that but didnt get any reply. They are doing fraud with people. I pay 984 rs cash for the shipment. Now i want my money back. Please register my complaint & take action against them. My order no. #14340
