Kidoxi.in — Goods not delivered after taking payment

I have ordered tent house after done payment they mentioned we will update you about ordered and so on.. But still now there is no any update about my product and I tried to talk customer service that is also not available it's seems to be fraudulent site they are promoting through facebook also... Can't claim now don't know what to do anyone please suggest
