I purchased mdse of $34.00 on 10/25/2017 and tried to return it on 11/25/2017, told i could not return it because it was over 31 days. I said today is 11/25/2017, clerk told me there were 31 days in oct. So he could not take it back and give me credit on my credit card. I said how many people know this rule, i certainly did not. I went by the day it was purchased and thought it was 30 days on 11/25/17, it says to get the rules at customer service desk, again, how may people know this?
