Kmdc — arivu loan not sanctioned

Dear sir,
My name is SUHANA KULSSUM from VIRAJPET KODAGU, 2rd year student of MBA TTM in FMKMC COLLEGE madikeri mangalore university. I have applied for kmdc loan under arivu scheme for the 2018-19 academic year. its been more than a year but there is no further action from the kmdc. I have been to minority welfare office in madikeri kodagu for 3 to 4 times, they are telling us to wait. I dont know what to do... to wait or should apply again..?
MY FEES IS STILL PENDING WAITING FOR THIS LOAN IM IN NEED OF THIS LOAN FOR MY FURTHER STUDIES
