Kms Home Care — faulty back led installation

Person visited the house for checking and stated back led light issue in TV which we were already knowing and asked him the further action which need to be done.
He states need to replace completed service of led light else it will give some issue and need to replaced at his work at 5450/-.
We agreed and when the Tv came back after repair, the assembly of TV was loose black patches on screen. We informed same but no action. And after repairing hidden charge of 550 extra charged.
