When my lg v went faulty at mysore, I contac'ted the lg service centre. the call was routed to one company 'kms home care( i really don't know how). they came and took my tv for repair telling that the IC could be faulty on 10/6/2019. they also told that they would call me the very next day. but, no call has been received from them till today. the contact number they have shown on the receipt is permanently unforgettable. they never never contact you. this is hopelessly bad. I suggest nobody should believe the company. i have a feeling that they are not real. Was this information helpful? |
