There is just two words to describe... Rude and horrible. In India I have seen that most of the doctors have Zero customer service skills. The don't bother explaining anything to patients or answer their queries. But this idiotic women has taken it to next level. Never in my life seen someone behaved so rudely. Anything I asked she insulted me and my 75 year old mother. I just don't know how to explain. I had first appointment with her for my mums thyroid and I'm feeling so disgusted at this person.
