Dear sir,
I wish to clarify the delay in settling the cashless bill from star health insurance. I was to be discharged on 21.03.2020 after my breast oncology operation. I was kept waiting for almost 8 hrs, till closing time i. E 8 pm, as star health was waiting for their query reply which you had delayed in replying. Since janta curfew was to begin at midnight on 21.03.2020, i had no option but to pay the entire bill of rs 2, 61, 378.80. I am in deep financial crisis and highly inconvenienced due to this. Please clarify from your end what was the reason for the delay? I am further facing delay in getting my reimbursement from star health due to the ongoing lockdown due to the corona virus. Please note, i would have got my reimbursement had you to act on time.
