We have been called for operation of cataract of my father, who is 68, on 29th jan 2022 at 2 pm and its 4pm still we are waiting with no response from the doctors or nurse. Such issue of mismanagement is not expected from kokilaben hospital. Its like our time is not valued at all. Time and date were given by hospital then we were made to suffer. It seems no one cares and attendant has no idea what is going on. Senior member has been made to wait with no proper communication and poor management by the facility.
