Kolkata Bike Zone — About credit of cash money

Hii, I am one of your Customer having an cc account in federal bank in name of KOLKATA BIKE ZONE. sir my problem is every day I use to deposit my cash within 11am in regular basis but they never use to credit it on time in time, I have to chase them in 5 -15min interval, they use to say, YA WE WILL DO IT", but they never use to..
