AN ILLEGAL & UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN MADE AT TOP FLOOR OF AT PREMISES NO. 28 FAKIR CHAND MITRA STREET, KOLKATA-700009 UNDER AMHERST STRRET POLICE STATION UNDER WARD NO. 38, BOROUGH-IV. ATTEMPT IS BEING MADE TO MAKE FURTHER CONSTRUCTION. THE UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION IS BOUND TO BLOCK PASSAGE OF AIRFLOW AND SUNLIGHT IN OUR ADJACENT PREMISES NO.30A, FAKIR CHAND MITRA STREET, KOLKATA-700009. IMMEDIATE ACTION MAY PLEASE BE TAKEN TO DEMOLISH THE ILLEGAL & UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION ALREADY MADE AT 28 FAKIR CHAND MITRA STREET. IN MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT, THE PREMISES NO. Similar attempt is being done by Premises No:20A Brindaban Mullick Lane hampering the egress and ingress of adjacent 20C Brindaban Mullick Lane, under the aegis of Prabir Dutta (LBS) KMC License No:626 (Resident of 28, Fakir Chand Mitra Street, Kolkata-9) suppressing the residents of the premises and ousting them. Even if the complaint has been brought to the notice of relevant civic authority the same has not been addressed appropriately with permanent resolution, which may please be forwarded to the competent authority enabling to punish the offenders.
