Dear Kone team
With reference to the recent transformer failure or short circuit. We have found that the safety circuit designed for this kind of particular failures didn't work.

This led to lift control cards burnt, mcb, RCCB damaged. Instead if correct system was in place this failure would not have happened as mcb should have tripped.

So we can say the incident was due to safety system design nok. Need thorough analysis of the system.
Pl. Understand with great trust we have given a comprehensive AMC.

In our society, we have old age persons and heart patients If any incident happened with them then kone team will be responsible for everything. We must ensure their safety and well being.
