With reference to the recent transformer failure or short circuit. We have found that the safety circuit designed for this kind of particular failures didn't work.
This led to lift control cards burnt, mcb, RCCB damaged. Instead if correct system was in place this failure would not have happened as mcb should have tripped.
So we can say the incident was due to safety system design nok....

Dear sir,
I had posted a very important document to M/s. BHEL, Kahalgaon Super Thermal Power Project, Bihar through speed post on 27/2/09. But till date it has not delivered and no one is taking responsibility when I call them. They are saying they are following it up.
