[Resolved]  Kone Elevators — maintenance charges

We have been using kone elevators for last 1year, we had a very bad and worst experience from kone service At the time of purchase sales person told us that kone is number 1 in ranking please try our product our maintenance is economical as well as AMC is reasonable, but after installation kone is charging us 40 storey building AMC charges for 14 storey building and Maintenance is also unexpected it is too high we would like to recommend rivals companies charges to the builder are as follows :-
Schindler - per lift 40, 000/- for 13 storey(ulwe) our project (comprehensive AMC)
Otis - per lift 1, 05, 000/- for 31storey (khoparkairne) society (comprehensive AMC)


Kone is charging per lift 1, 08, 000/- for 14 storey (ulwe) (comprehensive AMC)
The above mention price is unfair which is double triple than the market price which ll be not affordable or accepted by us at this time, we afraid to inform that we ll not take AMC from kone as it is not affordable and we have to look some other substitute.
