The train is late by 8.30 hr. Now waiting for crossing track at diva station from last 2.5 hrs. No pantry in the train. We didn't ate anything from last 6 hpurs. We couldn't get water also. My father is not well and have to reach thane at earliest. As we are stuck up in this train. We tried to contact konkan railway helpline no. But no one there to attend. Plese resque.
