I dont understand how come tcs are assigning tickets to unauthorised passengers. I am in matsyagandha express at present 20 nov 2018 having confirm tickets. And i have a family here claiming one of my seats and saying that tc has given them the seat. What nonsense is this why r we even paying for confirm seats.. There should be some way to contact the tcs to resolve passenger disputes..
