[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — My money is not credited to my account after return

I ordered multiple items from the Koovs.com. But two t-shirts were not good. So I returned those. Koovs account say refunded but still i didn't get any refund in my bank account. I have complained many times but no reply from their side. I want my money back.

Koovs said they will refund my money within 3-5 days but still there is no response from their side...
