The Grievance Officer/Bank Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Camp Branch, Pune 411001. Sub:- Imposing of various surcharges(TBMS etc) on my account- [protected]. Sir, This is to bring to your notice about extra charges 7200 levied on my account number [protected] . This is a salary account that I have opted to take about 3 years ago. 6 months ago I have changed my company from Kotak Life. I would have been happy to continue with the account. However, my charges doesn't waived... i am given account close request 2 time still not yet closed my account and also my charges not waived. Please do the needfully .
