[Resolved] Kotak Mahindara Bank — Star pass code was given invalid during book a ticket on pvrcinemas website. | |||||
My CRN No. 97351302 and A/C No. [protected]. my complaint is that my star pass code SPE83MCWVF (Which Given by Kotak Bank for Month Aug'2015) was given invalid during book a ticket on pvrcinemas website. I have 12-13 reminder to Service team & 12-13 times call to customer care executive (Hitesh, Kundan, Chirag, Sanjeev, Nilofar, Ravi, Gopikishan, pooja) & 3 times talk with Senior customer executive (Mr. Alok, , Miss Shama, Mr.pradeep) and i have raised three service request (1-[protected] ; 1-[protected] ; 1-[protected]) but still kotak team has not solve my problem. i suffering from this problem since last saturday, 26 Sept 2015. Also i have send the error with screen shot to kotak service team & Mr. Alok (Sr. Customer Executive) what is the problem from kotak service team??? and its too much time taken for solve the problem. i humble request to kotak team, please solve my problem urgently. i was frustrated and irritated for kotak service. my complaint is that my star pass code SPE83MCWVF (Which Given by Kotak Bank for Month Aug'2015) was given invalid during book a ticket on pvrcinemas website.
I have 14-15 reminder to Service team & 14-15 times call to customer care executive (Hitesh, Kundan, Chirag, Sanjeev, Nilofar, Ravi, Gopikishan, pooja, Pinkal) & 4 times talk with Senior customer executive (Mr. Alok, , Miss Shama, Mr.pradeep, Mr.Darshan) and i have raised three service request (1-[protected] ; 1-[protected] ; 1-[protected])
but still kotak team has not solve my problem. i suffering from this problem since last saturday, 26 Sept 2015.
Also i have send the error with screen shot to kotak service team & Mr. Alok (Sr. Customer Executive) and once again to your Team.
