Hello kotak team my name is arpan my account no [protected] mob no [protected] maine 2 saal phle kotak 811 balance account open kiya tha but saal maine account use nhi kiya jab use krna shuru kiya to wo bol the hai ki apne 811 edge account open krwaya tha jab ki maine form read krke sign kite the aur aap ke custmre care executive se bhi baat hui thi wo bol the hai ki apka 10000 wala account hai jab maine next day fr call ki to wo bol the hai ki apka account update kiya hai please solve my problem as soon as possible and contact me [protected] kam de kam 4000 rupye kat kite hai mere chlo maan let's k 10000 wala account tha lekin apne charges aur balance starting se minus me ku nhi kiya please jwab dijiye jab maine account chlana shuru kr diya after six month baad yaad aa gya k account edge hai fraud system and educated staaff all kotak bank

My last working day was 27'th September 2019 but till date I did not receive full and final settlement and relieving letter.I am following from 18 November but didn't get any revert so for and HR is also not picking phone call.
Request you to please look into it and do the needful at the earliest. Details are:-
