Kotak Mahindra Bank — Adding money in 811 account from HDFC debit card

On the date 06th Nov 20, I tried to add amount of 19400 to my kotak 811 account from HDFC debit card, But money get debited from HDFC debit card on a successful verification of OTP for the transaction and the money is still not credited in my 811 account.
