Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amazon initiated my refund but still not received

My name is Satyam and I ordered product of RS (59.00) from Amazon on (04/08/2021) and I cancel this order due to personal reason . And on (07/08/2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (74332741220121940531651) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kotak Mahindra bank dosen't have such policy. so please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent
