Kotak Mahindra Bank — AMB Non Maintenance Charge Refund In Zero Balance Account | |||
I the undersigned, Mayur A Patel, has opened a zero balance saving account for Demat account with your bank on 28 April 2020, through online link send by Kotak bank employee Hardik patel ( mobile:[protected]). Now my problem is that inspite of zero balance saving account my account is debited for AMB NON maintenance charge and suddenly debited 7 times AMB non maintenance for previous month in 1 day on date 16-June-2021. I asked Kotak employee Hardik patel why it happened ? He says that it is not converted in zero balance account. He says He will revert AMB NON MAINTENANCE CHARGE in my account for that he also mailed branch manager MR.Kamlesh sir on date 24 June 2021. But still refund is not received in my account. I daily follow up Hardik patel and he is saying it will take 2-3 days more. I had given a written complaint on 12 July 2021. But still not solved. I also meet Branch Main Manager Javed Khan on Date :12 July 2021 and he said problem will solved. I call you on 17 July 2021 and He said before 24 July 2021 you will received refund. But still today not received refund. I also called 26 July 2021 and he said problem will solved with in 2 days. Now today 5 Aug 2021 but still refund not received and reply also not received from bank manager or bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
