Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount deducted for not keeping a minimum balance even when the account was a "0 balance account". | |||
I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank which is also a zero balance account. But an amount for Rs. 1500 approximately was deducted without informing. And when i had a word with the attendant of my home branch, they did not give an answer to this. Now they say your account was not a zero balance account which is absurd. Please help me with this.
