Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount transferred but not reflecting in passbook

I have initiated online PF fund transfer request from old member ID to new one on Sept 2020.
The same got approved on 29the sept 2020 but the amount is not reflecting on my latest passbook. I had also put a grievance online and got to know that the funds are not released by the previous employer.
