Kotak Mahindra Bank — applied moratorium for credit card but salary account kept on hold | |||
I had applied for extended moratorium for credit card dues in the month of june 2020 but my salary account of kotak bank kept on hold. I am in emergency and not able to withdraw my money. I already paid dues in february and march 2020 but when i contacted customer care they informed me this salary account will be on hold. I would like to know if you are not willing to give moratorium benefits why you put that option in website and why you people informed to apply for moratorium? Please do the needful and kindly concern my request as i am in medical emergency. This is not the right way as you people giving troubles. I have visited all branches of your bank and no solution has been found. Was this information helpful? | |||
