I tried to withdraw inr 10, 000 from kotak mahendra bank of swarget pune branch i only got 6, 500 from the machine and didn't receive 3, 500 on 24th february 2016. I don't have account with kotak bank but through axis bank i complaint against this many times but kotak bank is rejecting my complaint stating that transaction was successfully but not providing cctv footage and day of the withdrawal kotak officer said there is a problem with machine. Might be cash must have got stuck in machine only i want my money, case it is pending since february 16 Was this information helpful? | |||||
