It's very disappointing to cme across this kind of behavior..It's a very long incident but to make it short I had my account in ING bank which was merged with kotak mahindra and I lost all my details ..I visited the branch and had word with Miss Manisha she cudnt xtract any detail after providing adhar and pan card
However same was xtrctd at sakinaka branch by miss Anam ..Journey from town to sakinaka
2nd visit after getting all my details all I wanted is cash on an urgent basis when miss Manisha saw me with .y 2 year daughter she immediately left for lunch break we waited (my husband, son, daughter n myself)When she returned I asked requested her for the cash she refused by saying without check book no withdrawals can be done ..I asked for the other options she put my request for cheque book which would have taken another 2 days ..I asked her for instant cheque book or any other forms she denied saying deg dnt keep all this facilities ...Again I traveled form town to share Punjab where thanks to miss Mansi where she provided me with an instant withdrawal form n I cud withdrew my cash within 10 min ...my question is why dis facility was not der in town branch
And it was there why miss Manisha didn't help being a Manager is this kind of behavior acceptable...During this Pandamic my kids were with me Y was she not helpful...Why she failed to provide me with the form and helped me
I would appreciate if I get a satisfactory reply otherwise this matter would be escalated
