Kotak Mahindra Bank — balance deducted from my zero balance account

I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2017. It is a Zero Balance Account. It was told when i opened my account in kotak mahindra that the bank will charge nothing for this type of account because it is a simplly basic zero balance account which is called 811 account.

There are total 2 deductions of 23.60 and 2 deductions of debit card charges of 130.68 and 104.14 in the last two months.

14/09/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23.60
15/01/2019 chrg: rem charges debit card annual fee - 130.68
01/02/2020 chrg: rem charges debit card annual fee - 104.14
01/02/2020 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23. 60

Since this is a zero balance account and free atm/debit card that can be used to transact worldwide then why bank are deducting these charges. Please explain the reason and if it is incorrectly deducted, please help me out for refund it.
