Kotak Mahindra Bank — Balance deduction without informing the rules and procedure for the salary account

Hello Sir/Madam, this complaint is regarding my kotak edge corporate salary account. I was previously employed in a private company for the first time in Hyderabad, Telangana. They opened my edge corporate salary account with kotak mahindra bank without informing the terms nd conditions regarding the charges. I left my first job on 30th March 2015. I received my salary till march and my last month salary got credited in the month of April. After that every month i am doing some transactions into that account and i am using it. Last time when i have done a transaction of amount rs. 2300 in my kotak account on 9th august 2015, my account got credited only with rs. 1100. When i called customer care executive regarding this he replied that this amount was deducted because of non maintainance. I did not receive any sms or email regarding this. So i have raised a request regarding this on 10th august 2015 and i am supposed to receive a phone call from corporate salary team with in 3 working days but i received the call on 18th august 2015 in which they informed that i need to maintain a minimum balance of 10000 rs and they cant be able to refund the money.
